THE PROCESS
Choose Your Product:
- Visit our website and select the product you want.
- Please note that some elements of the book may be fictional, added to fill in story gaps or enhance scenes and emotions, so while the narrative loosely follows the loved one’s story, it remains a fictionalized novella, not a full biography
- Scroll to the bottom of the product page to view information regarding available customizations (e.g., length, format, cover options).
Fill Out the Story Details Form:
- After clicking the “Choose This Product” button, you’ll be directed to fill out a form with questions tailored to your chosen story type.
- You have 5 days to complete and re-edit this form before submission. Take your time to make it perfect!
- NOTE: Please do not click the pink next step button without sending us your form as this will delay the order process
Choose Customizations & Add to Cart:
- Only after the form is complete, click the pink button to confirm your customizations and add the product to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout:
- In the cart, choose your shipping options and proceed to payment.
- After payment is processed, we will officially start your order.
Order Confirmation & Timeline Communication:
- Depending on the current waitlist, we will carefully review the details of your order and your submitted form.
- You will receive an email with a specific delivery timeline.
- If you’ve opted for a revision session, the email will include details about when the first manuscript will be ready. After the revision session, we will provide a new, specific delivery timeline.
Cancellation Policy:
- Once we send the first delivery timeline email (whether or not you’ve opted for a revision session), you can no longer cancel your order.
Writing & Design Process:
- Our writers will craft your story with care, ensuring it’s unique and heartfelt.
- Our artists will review your story details and create a bespoke cover illustration tailored to your narrative.
Final Delivery:
- Your completed story and custom cover will be delivered in the format you selected (e.g., digital or physical) based on the shipping option you chose during checkout.
