  • Users may share information about the website, the process they participated in, and the final product they received.
  • Users must not submit false or misleading information during checkout or in story forms.

3. Services

Main Services: We provide personalized writing services, including customized stories based on user-submitted information.
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit cards, debit cards, and Google Pay at checkout.
Delivery:

  • Estimated delivery time is 10-15 days. This may vary based on the completeness of the story information provided.
  • Express shipping reduces delivery times by 4 days.
  • Digital products are delivered via email, and physical products are shipped to the specified delivery address.
    Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Orders may only be canceled before a specific delivery estimate email is sent, indicating the production process has started.
  • Refunds are not available due to the personalized nature of the products.

4. Revisions

Customers are entitled to one optional revision session under the following terms:

  • The final manuscript will be sent in PDF format.
  • Customers must provide required changes either via annotation or by listing them in a reply email within 48 hours of receiving the manuscript.
  • Revision requests are subject to author discretion regarding implementation.
  • Content accuracy, tone, and narration style are not subject to dispute if “author’s choice” is selected in the form.
  • No additional revision sessions will be offered beyond the one provided.

5. Disclaimers

Creative Process:

  • Please note that some elements of the book may be fictional, added to fill in story gaps or enhance scenes and emotions, so while the narrative loosely follows the loved one’s story, it remains a fictionalized novella, not a full biography.
  • We are not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by fictional additions or discrepancies with the original story.
    Liability Limitations:
  • Delays caused by revisions are not our responsibility.
  • Damage to physical products during shipping will only be addressed if proof is provided, and replacements will be sent at half price.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they can access digital products on their devices.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The copyright of the final product remains with From Heart To Page. Upon completion of the sale, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as outlined in the terms below.
  • Personal Use License: The customer is granted a license to use the product for personal use, such as reading, gifting, or sharing with friends and family. The customer is not permitted to sell, modify, or distribute the product commercially without obtaining additional permissions.

When submitting a request or providing details for your story, you agree not to include content that:

    We reserve the right to reject any submission that violates these terms without refund or prior notice.


Customer Submissions (Images and Content)

  • By submitting any images to us, you confirm that you own the rights to these images or have obtained the necessary permissions to use them. You grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display these images solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your personalized product. We will not use these images for promotional purposes without your consent.
